This position is part of the Makeready collection, offering a unique culinary experience that connects guests to the local environment through elevated ingredients and flavors.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation
• Preparing a variety of ingredients and recipes with efficiency and timeliness
• Maintaining good kitchen safety and sanitation
• Handling a fast-paced cooking environment with ease

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of related professional cooking experience
• Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment
• Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures
• Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred
