About the role

We are seeking a dependable culinary professional who takes pride in producing high-quality food and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This is a great opportunity to work in a professional, team-oriented kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation in all dishes
• Assist with à la carte, banquet, and special event preparation and execution
• Support a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout each shift
• Prepare food in accordance with club recipes, specifications, and quality standards
• Serve menu items according to established portion and presentation standards
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, stations, and equipment
• Set up, stock, maintain, and break down assigned cook stations
• Assist with receiving, storing, rotating, and preparing food products
• Adhere to all state and local health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Properly label, date, cover, and store all food products
• Assist with daily kitchen operations and support fellow team members as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay

Pay is negotiable depending on experience, ranging from $21 to $23 per hour.
