About the role

We are an English-inspired breakfast and brunch boutique dedicated to high quality ingredients and freshly sourced food. We seek a Line Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Make omelettes
• Fried eggs (scrambled, Sunny Side, over easy, over medium, over hard, poached)
• Cook meat (medium rare, medium well, well done)
• Griddle products (waffle, pancakes, french toast)

Requirements

• Must have basic knowledge (experience preferred)
• Must have weekend availability
• Must be able to keep up with a quick pace and handle pressure
• Comfortable working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment
