Join our Team Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed. Ensure all food handling procedures Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operation during meal preparation. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Skills Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others. Proficiency in Cantonese is a strong asset Proven experience in food service or a similar role within the restaurant or food industry. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
