Responsibilities
- Accurately follow recipes and prepare food items, including grilling and frying.
- Adhere to portion control and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production.
- Assist with the receiving, storing, and rotating of food and supplies.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
- Communicate with Front of House to ensure timely and correct service.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
