HomeGrown is a daytime eatery specializing in breakfast and brunch, located in Springdale, Arkansas. Since 2017, we've grown to several locations across Northwest Arkansas as part of Thrive Restaurant Group, a family-owned restaurant company with over 50 years in business. We're committed to making a difference in the lives of the people we serve and the communities in which we live.
Our philosophy centers on “Local when it’s better” — we seek out and partner with local food purveyors, dairy farmers, beekeepers, and other producers who share our commitment to freshness, quality, and community. Equally important is our dedication to Cultivating Kindness: the basic idea that being considerate, polite, and nice matters just as much as serving great eggs and tasty bacon.

Schedule
You’ll be off by at least 3:30 pm every day you work — so you’re home for the rest of your afternoon.
