Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail, maintaining the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items, ensuring a diverse and exciting dining selection.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to consistently produce high-quality meals that meet our club's standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy dining periods.
- Assist with food inventory management, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Uphold a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a harmonious work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a reputable restaurant or similar culinary setting.
- Culinary degree or relevant culinary education is a plus.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering consistent results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Flexibility in schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay and Schedule
Expected hours: 30-40 per week. Shifts may include 8 or 10 hour shifts, and may be scheduled during the day, evening, or morning.
