Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes in an efficient manner.
• Ensures the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets the highest standards.
• Manages inventory levels and storage areas properly.
• Assists management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.

Requirements

• Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
