Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes
- Execute service during peak lunch periods with speed and accuracy
- Maintain portion control and presentation standards
- Set up and stock assigned station before service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Communicate clearly with kitchen team during service
- Monitor product levels and notify leadership of shortages
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep tasks and catering production as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years line cook experience preferred
- Strong understanding of basic culinary techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and coachable
- High standards for cleanliness and organization
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Schedule & Work Environment
- Primarily weekday daytime shifts
- High-volume breakfast and lunch service environment
- Professional office-building kitchen
