Line Cook

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes
  • Execute service during peak lunch periods with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain portion control and presentation standards
  • Set up and stock assigned station before service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen team during service
  • Monitor product levels and notify leadership of shortages
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with prep tasks and catering production as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years line cook experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of basic culinary techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented and coachable
  • High standards for cleanliness and organization
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Primarily weekday daytime shifts
  • High-volume breakfast and lunch service environment
  • Professional office-building kitchen
