Key Responsibilities

• Execute menu items with precision, following standardized recipes and presentation standards.
• Rotate confidently across multiple stations within the kitchen.
• Maintain the highest standards for cleanliness, food handling, and kitchen organization.
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of various cooking techniques.
• Take full ownership of assigned duties, delivering consistent, high-quality results.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and supervisors.
• Support a team-oriented culture through reliability, respect, and shared responsibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a high-end kitchen environment (private club, luxury hotel, or fine dining).
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks during service.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary fundamentals.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, reach, etc.).
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
