Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes using a wide range of cooking techniques, including poaching, braising, roasting, charbroiling, sautéing, grilling, frying, and baking.
• Ensure every order is cooked properly according to our standard recipes.
• Fulfill guests' demands and special requests accurately.
• Demonstrate outstanding time management to maintain efficiency during service.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen personnel to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a line cook or similar role.
• Familiarity with diverse cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Strong team-first mindset and ability to assist other staff members.
