Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes including appetizers, entrees, soups, vegetables, desserts, and banquet selections
- Following recipes and quality standards to deliver consistent, delicious meals
- Operating grills, ovens, steamers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Preparing ingredients by washing, cutting, peeling, portioning, and organizing products
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Supporting banquet and event functions with exceptional attention to detail
- Accommodating food allergies, dietary preferences, and special guest requests
- Working closely with teammates to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
