Conejo, a new Mexican restaurant in Richmond, VA, is seeking part-time and full-time line cooks to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Learn all recipes, sourcing, and cooking techniques
• Adhere to standards of quality, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Cross-train in all stations: tortilla, salad, plancha, sauté, and grill
• Assist with inventory management
• Assist with prep and dishwashing when needed

Requirements

• Kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
• Safe, competent knife skills
• Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs
• Experience with Mexican cooking a plus

Pay

Starting wages of $17–$20/hour.
