Line Cook

About the role

We’re looking for a full-time Line Cook to join our talented kitchen team at Chico Hot Springs. This is a hands-on cooking role in our main kitchen where you’ll work with fresh ingredients, including those grown in our own gardens, in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work well with others and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
• Stay productive and proactive during prep, service, and close
• Bring your best attitude every shift

Requirements

• Experienced on the line and comfortable in a high-paced kitchen
• Passionate about quality food and clean execution
• Reliable, flexible, and a strong communicator
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
