Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards
- Organize workstations and manage food prep efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper food storage
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Monitor food quality, portions, and presentation
- Auxiliary inventory, deliveries, and stock control
- Support team during busy periods and communicate with kitchen staff
Requirements
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail
- A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for cooking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
Education & Experience
- A high school diploma or culinary training
- Prior experience as a Line Cook in hospitality or a high-quality restaurant
Pay
$20/hour
