Job Summary
Our cooks are culinary artists! We pride ourselves on our scratch-made kitchen and provide hands on training to our Pitmasters. Our cooks are responsible for following recipes when preparing food and adhering to plate presentation and cooking standards. Our Line Cooks have several opportunities for duties including Fry Station, Salad Station, Grill Station, Prep and more.
Responsibilities
- Follow recipes when preparing food
- Adequately adhere to plate presentation and cooking standards
- Work at various stations including Fry Station, Salad Station, Grill Station, and Prep
Requirements
