Major Responsibilities Include Prepare lunch and/or dinnerReview menus prior to preparation of foodAssure that all food procedures are followedCoordinate food service with other departments as necessaryFollow all sanitation guidelinesBecome familiar with new menu items/dishesWork as part of a team Requirements High School diploma or equivalentGraduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferredMinimum of 3 years of food preparation experience requiredExperience with high volume food preparation preferredDemonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipesKnowledge of cooking burgers and steaks to the correct requested temperatureMust be able to stand for extended periods of time.
