Line Attendant - Fresh Harvest Buffet

About the role

Under the direction of the Sous Chef, the incumbent ensures the food line is fully stocked and serves food from the buffet. The role involves maintaining a clean server station at all times and demonstrating actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values: Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure station is fully stocked at all times.
• Maintain proper food temperatures.
• Keep station clean and organized.
• Provide prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Promote positive public and team member relations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in high-volume food service or customer service preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Pay

$22.55 an hour.
