Line Attendant

About the role

Full-time Line Attendant position in Mesquite, TX offering generous benefits, overtime hours, and growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack bags and operate punch press
• Observe rolls for splices and changes, and apply inspection stamp to all cartons of product
• Sustain productivity and quality standards
• Follow all OSHA requirements and standards
• Package all products according to customer specifications and company’s production standards
• Responsible for startup and shut down of production line
• Maintain a safe and clean workplace
• Other line duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts: 6:50 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (day shift) and 6:50 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (night shift)
• Essential reading and writing skills
• Minimum one year of experience in an industrial environment preferred
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds
• Must be able to stand for 12 hours during a shift

Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shifts
• Day shift: 6:50 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Night shift: 6:50 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
