About the role
As a Lindon Fulfillment Center Team Member at doTERRA, you will perform assigned tasks in the fulfillment center, including picking, packaging, labeling, and working in production areas. This role ensures high-quality finished products for consumers while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Available shift: 2:30 pm - 11 pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and check customer orders.
- Fill inventory locations and load trailers.
- Remove, replace, and apply labels to finished products.
- Work in an assembly area constructing various kits.
- Maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment.
- Inspect finished goods to guarantee the highest quality products.
- Participate in project improvement groups.
- Work collaboratively with team members at an established pace and resolve conflicts respectfully.
- Move cartons of material using safe lifting techniques.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, present ideas, and make recommendations to support business goals.
- Act as an ambassador of the doTERRA culture.
- Assist in other areas of the company as needed.
This position operates in a manufacturing/production/warehouse environment with potential exposure to elevated noise levels, particles, fumes, scents, aromas, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The role may require:
- Remaining stationary for extended periods while operating warehouse equipment, computers, or other resources.
- Communicating effectively with others in a respectful manner.
- Traversing varying distances, traveling between floors, or working on surfaces that may be hot, cold, wet, uneven, elevated, or hard for extended periods.
- Detecting and correcting or reporting hazardous conditions.
- Locating, moving, and manipulating objects requiring coordination between vision and dexterity, including repetitive balancing, bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, twisting, holding, grasping, flexion, and rotation.
- Lifting parts and tools weighing on average 20 pounds and as much as 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer/technology literacy to perform essential job functions.
- Moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
- Works under the close direction of senior personnel/management.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude, accepting directions from others, encouraging success, and supporting team members.
- Safety and quality conscious.
- Proficient in English communication skills, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and processes; understands the need for continuous process improvement and seeks areas for enhancement.
