Lincoln/Ford - Mobile Technician
Compensation
Pay range: $20-30/hr Hourly Rate 40 hr work week (hourly rate varies based on tech skills and level)
Schedule
M-F 8am – 5pm (1 Hour Lunch) 40hr work week
Rotating Saturdays 8am – 4pm (1 Hour Lunch) - Saturday hours may vary depending on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Ford/Lincoln certification or experience (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Previous mobile technician experience (a plus)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the mobile service model
- Understanding of mobile service challenges such as weather and outdoor conditions
- Comfortable working directly with clients in person, especially in a mobile setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset — part of the journey as we grow this department
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing repairs on assigned repair orders, diagnosing vehicle concerns, and completing work efficiently and accurately in a mobile service environment.
Qualifications
- Ford/Lincoln certification or experience (preferred)
