Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
  • Monitor patient well-being during exams and answer their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
  • Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
  • Demonstrate a high level of competency and ensure team members are safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.
  • Safeguard any on-site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Demonstrate respect for company property, including cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
  • Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
  • Demonstrate respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
  • Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

Requirements

  • A state license and/or ARRT certification may be required, depending on state regulations.
  • BLS certification is required.
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is required.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about patient care, exercise sound judgment, and remain professional in all situations. You should demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills, and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues. A structured work approach, the ability to understand complex problems, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $17.00 - $25.00 per hour.
