About the role

At Above and Beyond Therapy, we are seeking a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our hybrid team in Nebraska. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical expertise with innovative teaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for clients
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make recommendations for improvement
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
• Assist in the development and implementation of school-based programs

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field from an accredited institution
• ABCA certification or eligibility for certification
• Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
