About the role

Sofive, the home of 5-a-side soccer, is a growing startup developing state-of-the-art soccer centers. We provide easy access to high-quality, 5-a-side, all-season soccer centers for soccer and fitness enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Auxiliary in grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.

Requirements

• No prior coaching experience required. Training provided.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage children's behaviors.
• Team player mentality.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and FUN!
