About the role
Sofive, the home of 5-a-side soccer, is a growing startup developing modern sport complexes with small-sided soccer fields. We are passionate about soccer and committed to making it more accessible for enthusiasts.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
- Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
- Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
- Aid in grassroots marketing and community events.
- Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
- Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
Requirements
- No prior coaching experience required. Training provided.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage children's behaviors.
- Team player mentality.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and FUN!

$18 per hour
