Duties and Responsibilities
- Seeks prospective business opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Strengthens existing customer relationships and identifies potential for account growth.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, offering tailored solutions that meet their lighting needs.
- Captures customer feedback and uses it to improve product offerings and service.
- Captures leads and follows up on them to convert them into sales.
- Coordinates customer returns and exchanges and completes proper documentation according to the company's policies.
- Supports business growth initiatives by attending industry events and networking.
Qualifications
- Passion for helping customers and delivering an outstanding buying experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a consultative sales approach and a drive to achieve goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications, and ERP systems.
- Ability to perform basic pricing, discount, and measurement calculations.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
