Lighting Project Manager- Remote

Summary

As the leader of the gear project team, this person is responsible for ensuring the project's success for both the client and Colonial, and serves as the customer-facing representative post order commitment. This role involves coordinating all project-related actions, from understanding and meeting timelines to responding to customer inquiries and entering data into the company's proprietary software Jobtrack.

Responsibilities

• Negotiations with manufacturers
• Reviewing lighting specifications and drawings
• Electrical drawings and fixture schedules submission to the project design team
• Overseeing activities such as entering shipping information into Jobtrack
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Entering data as needed to keep the process moving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar major
• Ability to work overtime as necessary
• Strong problem-solving skills
