Facilitators help students set and work toward individual goals using learner profiles that reflect strengths, interests, and areas for growth. They provide personalized support through individual and small-group work, foster collaboration among multi-age peers, and create an environment that meets the unique needs of gifted learners while preparing students for life beyond school.

Requirements

• Earned B.A. or B.S. degree
• Holds or is eligible for Minnesota State Licensure
• Commitment to the equitable education of all students
• Creative planning and organizational skills
• Highly effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to successfully implement the responsibilities of the position

Preferences

• Excellence in collaboration with colleagues and enthusiasm for working with students
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning, such as graduate-level work, an earned degree, or participation in professional organization conferences or seminars related to the content area
• Experience working with diverse learners

Pay

Group Teachers Position: 1.0 FTE

Teacher Rate of Pay: $53,228–$107,781 per school year (placement determined based on experience and qualifications; salary pro-rated based on start date).
