About the role
Lead ground-up industrial construction projects ranging from $10M–$75M. Manage all phases of construction from award through completion, develop and maintain owner relationships, review and negotiate subcontracts, monitor project financial performance, lead project meetings, and coordinate stakeholders to drive on-time delivery.

Requirements
- 8+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience on industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project
- Strong budgeting and contract management skills
