Responsibilities
- Provides safe and efficient movement of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to support continuous manufacturing and distribution operations.
- Partners with production and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy, ensure timely material flow, and support operational performance.
- Works under established procedures with increasing independence as skills are demonstrated, contributing to workplace safety, quality, and customer service objectives.
Requirements
- Required High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks.
- Knowledge of safe material handling practices.
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate powered industrial trucks.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to solve routine operational problems and follow established procedures.
