Lift Operator

About the role

The Lift Operator is responsible for filling guest orders and delivering them to the delivery dock while meeting company standards for safety, security, and productivity. This role involves efficiently picking guest orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and damage-free handling of inbound and outbound shipments.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift/Order Picker in and around the warehouse
• Pulls product from the warehouse for shipment to stores and distribution centers
• Moves product from inbound bins into racks according to product type and dimension
• Relocates product from end caps and service areas into racks
• Efficiently picks customer orders
• Ensures inbound product and transfers are stored in designated rack areas
• Scans merchandise prior to moving it to a different location
• Positions product on racking systems
• Transports orders to the dock using material handling equipment
• Operates radio frequency equipment
• Conducts operations in compliance with OSHA standards and promotes safety
• Ensures completeness and correctness of all orders filled
• Inspects equipment
• Maintains a clean and debris-free warehouse floor
• Meets company standards for productivity

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of forklift operation experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs

Pay

Hiring pay range: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour. Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt team members.
