Lift Operator

About the role

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of fixed and detachable chair lifts as guests load and unload. This position is located at Snow Summit or Bear Mountain in Big Bear Lake.

Responsibilities

• Operate fixed and detachable chair lifts ensuring guest safety during loading and unloading
• Work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Communicate effectively and maintain composure during challenging operations
• Read, understand, and comply with safety rules and procedure manuals
• Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• At least eighteen (18) years old
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Talented communicator with a calm and collective demeanor, especially during challenging operations
• Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Pay

Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience.
