Lift Equipment Operator (Heights Required) Full-Time + OT – All Shifts

About the role

This is not a ground-level picking role. This position requires operating a cherry picker (elevated equipment) up to 40 feet while wearing a safety harness. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker and other powered industrial equipment
• Pick and move product throughout the distribution center
• Load and unload shipments
• Stock and replenish inventory
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Meet productivity and performance standards

Requirements

• Warehouse or equipment experience preferred
• Ability to lift 10–55 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Must be able to become forklift certified through company training

Schedule

Full-time hours with overtime opportunities. Consistent schedule. Overtime available.

Pay

Competitive pay starting at $19/hour. Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
