Key Responsibilities
- Curate weekly and monthly onsite programming for guests and owners
- Coordinate events such as wellness classes, cocktail hours, chef experiences, networking events, beach activations, and local collaborations
- Create a hospitality experience that feels personalized and exclusive
- Act as a high-touch concierge resource for guests during their stay
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance the experience
- Work closely with local vendors and operators to deliver premium experiences
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, fitness studios, nightlife venues, spas, beach clubs, retailers, and experience providers throughout Miami
- Develop exclusive guest perks and VIP offerings through local partnerships
- Curate and manage the Nexo Guest Passport program, including discounts, preferred access, and local experiences
- Carefully monitor owner requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Build trust and long-term relationships with a high-profile ownership group
- Share operational insights and help create a seamless ownership experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, events, partnerships, concierge services, lifestyle programming, or owner relations
- Strong knowledge of Miami hospitality, nightlife, dining, wellness, and cultural scene
- Existing local relationships and vendor connections strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with high-profile guests and owners
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Experience in hotels, luxury residential, private clubs, or lifestyle brands preferred
