About the role

As the first face guests see, you’ll create a warm, welcoming experience while helping them find the services and memberships that fit their lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with guests (in person & over the phone)
• Recommend services, products, and memberships with confidence
• Schedule appointments and match guests with the right therapist
• Support growth through sales and great service
• Be a positive, team-oriented presence every day

Requirements

• Enjoy talking with people and building connections
• Have customer service or sales experience
• Are upbeat, reliable, and goal-driven
• Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

$18/hr + uncapped commission

Flexible schedule (15–30 hours/week)
