Lifestyle and Wellness Instructor

About the role

This opportunity is focused on wellness with the residents in the community. Provide classes and meet with the residents to provide personal training to help them stay engaged and active.

Responsibilities

• Assist Activities Director
• Give input to monthly activities calendar
• Conduct and deliver optimal programming for the residents
• Market our program/activities
• EnerG by Aegis: Created to help us look at health in a new way, EnerG® by Aegis programs focus on the seven dimensions of wellness – a holistic approach designed to help individuals be well wherever they are.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Background in activity delivery with senior populations, preferred.
