Role Summary
The Guest Relations Administrator is responsible for supporting the Guest Relations and VIP team in the coordination and administration of guest experiences across all Lifestyle venues. This role assists in maintaining strong relationships with VIP guests, high-value clients and repeat visitors by ensuring all guest information, bookings, preferences and requests are accurately managed and communicated.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Responding to guest emails and enquiries professionally
- Handling sensitive guest data and maintaining confidentiality
- Supporting guest relations and administrative coordination
- Aiding with reservations, requests and guest communications
- Maintaining a polished and professional approach at all times
