About the role
The Lifeguard at The Alaska Club is responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests in the pool area.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool area for safety and ensure all rules are being followed.
- Respond to emergencies and assist guests as needed.
- Keep records of incidents and communicate with management as necessary.
- Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Ability to swim and perform basic water rescue techniques.
- Knowledge of pool safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous lifeguarding experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
