Lifeguard - North Canton YMCA

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of age
• Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding
• Current BLS (CPR) and First Aid
• If not certified, willingness to be trained

Available Hours

• Weekday Evenings
• Weekends

Responsibilities

• Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing the safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area
• Attends mandatory in-service trainings
• Positive attitude & team player
• Rescue ready at all times during shift

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Wage $12.00 - commensurate with experience
• Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs
