Lifeguard Lead - Seasonal (Paris LV)

About the role

Responsible for the safety of guests while at the pool area, the cleanliness of the pool and deck areas, and supervising Lifeguard staff. Assists with scheduling and training of Pool staff.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be Lifeguard and CPR certified.
• One-year supervisory experience in a municipal or hotel/resort pool desired.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous lifeguard experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Stand and move throughout the pool area during shifts, regardless of temperature or adverse conditions.
• Able to sit, stand, bend, crouch, stoop, and kneel to assist guests.
• Push towel bins during shifts.
• Handle multiple tasks accurately and simultaneously.
• Lift up to 20 lbs.
• Respond to visual or oral cues.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
