Responsibilities

• Perform lifeguard duties and ensure guest safety
• Organize, with the land sport supervisor, the monitoring of all pool areas in the resort according to company standards and procedures
• Coordinate workload and task distribution with other lifeguards
• Update posting and signage information when needed
• Respect resort standards, especially those related to pool safety and hygiene
• Implement corrective actions when necessary
• Manage all materials and maintain them in good condition
• Inform the land sport supervisor or the sports manager of any possible issues
