Responsibilities

• Maintain pool safety and respond to emergencies promptly
• Monitor pool activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Provide first aid and CPR as necessary
• Ensure proper usage of pool equipment and facilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of lifeguarding experience
• Experience working in a team environment
• Knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning procedures
