About the role

As a member of the Critical Care Transport team, you will independently use assessment skills to activate patient care protocols, delivering care within your full scope of practice as defined by the state of Tennessee and LifeFlight's scope of practice. You will maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, safely transport patients, and ensure effective communication for quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Complete documentation of transports and patient care using Vanderbilt and unit-specific compliance policies.
• Safely transport patients utilizing Vanderbilt and unit-specific safety policies and accreditation standards.
• Maintain equipment per regulatory and compliance standards.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively to meet patient and team needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Certifications: Tennessee Driver's License, Emergency Medical Technician Advanced Licensure.
