About the role
Lifecycle Services Technicians I are responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on Caltrol's equipment and systems. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Document all work performed and communicate findings to supervisors and clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar technical role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
