About the role
We are seeking a Life Success Specialist to support youth and families in Apache Junction, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, and Florence. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in youth-focused behavioral health, a High School Diploma, and a valid driver's license with an insured personal vehicle meeting specific insurance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Teach daily life skills and social skills to youth and caregivers.
- Plan therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings in local parks and venues.
- Collaborate with DCS to support reunification efforts.
- Create and maintain individualized treatment plans and document progress.
- Work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, with varying schedules based on client needs.
- Engage year-round, including during summer and school breaks.
- Maintain mobility to travel throughout the designated areas.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.
- Must be 21+ years old.
- Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, and negative TB test required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay
- Initial Salary (first 60 days): $38,000 – $42,000.
- Incentivized Growth: After probation, transition to a Base Salary + Pay-Per-Unit model.
