Responsibilities
- Interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space.
- Initially, your work will span multiple projects supporting targeted activities which may be different across each project.
- Activities include conducting complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach, creating templated outputs to support overall project deliverables, and utilizing analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making.
- Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value.
Requirements
- Able to independently manage activities across multiple workstreams (e.g., storylines, ghosting documents, data gathering, etc.), and able to provide thought partnership for more ambiguous or complex projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Well-positioned to serve as a mentor for junior team members.
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Requires and seeks support for more complex projects or difficult client situations.
- Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex, ambiguous problems.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree in the life sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of experience in life sciences consulting.
- Demonstrates curiosity about business and healthcare strategy.
- Communicates clearly in both written and oral settings.
- Shows enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment.
- Demonstrated leadership or initiative in any setting.
- Uses a highly analytical approach to solving complex, ambiguous problems.
Pay
The starting salary for this position is $130,000 and will also have an performance bonus opportunity as well.
Schedule
A hybrid work model with a 50% in office expectation in our New York, Boston or San Francisco office.
