Solution Architect Overview
We are seeking a Solution Architect to support our growth in the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical. The Solution Architect will own the technical solution design and recommend best practices based on client needs.
Role Responsibilities
- Design solutions leveraging Salesforce and other SaaS applications to meet customer needs
- Provide technical and non-technical documentation for assigned projects, including architecture diagrams
- Oversee reporting and dashboard creation during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Work with partners like Conga, DocuSign, AccountingSeed, etc., and understand their appropriate use cases
- Administer/configure Salesforce data and perform migrations as needed
- Collaborate with clients and Coastal team members to ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide guidance to sales and delivery teams
- Develop practical solutions and methodologies on the Salesforce platform
- Manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
- Travel to client sites in Indianapolis, IN, as required
Experience and Skills Required
- Prior experience in Health and Life Sciences industry
- 4-6 years of advanced skills in Salesforce Platform Business Analysis
- 2+ years of experience as a Senior Consultant
- Active Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications
- Knowledge of Health Cloud and Health Cloud Accredited Professional certifications
- Experience with software development life cycle (SLDC), Agile, or Hybrid methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Full-time permanent US work authorization
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Experience with Health Cloud and Health Cloud Accredited Professional certifications
- Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud certification
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Travel to client sites as required
