Life Sciences Senior Technical Architect

About the role

Salesforce Professional Services is seeking a Senior Technical Architect focused on Agentforce for Life Sciences (AFLS). AFLS is one of Salesforce's fastest-growing and most strategic product areas, now adopted by over 140 industry-leading organizations globally. In this role, you will advise and architect solutions for large, complex life sciences enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice
• Guide customers and colleagues in adopting emerging technologies
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions
• Manage customer expectations and resolve complex issues
• Contribute to program vision and enablement of enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience
• 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects
• Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly Pharma/Biopharma
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts
• Resourceful and innovative thinker with problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience will be considered
• Multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications or Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant (launched March 2026)
• Experience with Agentforce for Life Sciences or equivalent Life Sciences CRM platforms
• Support or delivery of implementations for major pharmaceutical companies

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Life Sciences or equivalent Life Sciences CRM platforms
• Familiarity with HCP/HCO structures, Affiliations, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Affairs, and compliant engagement workflows
• Experience supporting or delivering implementations for major pharmaceutical companies
• Agentic enterprise model and AI agent transformation experience

Pay

$172,500 - $260,100 annually
