We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job posting. Key sections: - About the role: The first paragraph(s) about Capgemini Invent, belief, etc. Also "Position: Life Sciences Practice Leader Ideal Locations: NYC, CHI, ATL and SF (Hub locations)". Also location description: travel, hub locations, 3-4 days in office. - Responsibilities: The bullet list under "Your Role (Responsibility)" includes many items. Should be
  • . - Requirements / Qualifications / Skills: The posting has "Your Skill and Experiences" list. Could split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. But we need to decide which sections to include based on content. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine skill and experience into one section maybe "Skills". Or we could have "Requirements" and "Qualifications". But we need to avoid filler headings. We have content: "At least 10 years of experience in strategy consulting related to digital transformation in the Life Sciences industry." etc. Also "University degree in a business, technical, medical, or natural sciences field, ideally with a complementary MBA or Doctorate". Also many skill items: "Hands-on dynamic leader with a strong focus on growth, entrepreneurial thinking, and charismatic role modelling", "Strong go-to-market DNA...", etc. We could create a section "Skills" containing those bullet points. Or "Requirements" for experience and education, and "Skills" for competencies. But we need to avoid too many thin sections. Maybe combine into one "Requirements and Skills" but headings must be from list. Could use "Requirements" for experience and education, and "Skills" for the rest. That's two sections. Pay: There's compensation range: "$350,000 - $450,000 with additional bonus and equity." Also details about compensation range. That's substantive. So include Pay section. Benefits: There's a Benefits paragraph describing benefits. So include Benefits. Schedule: There's location/travel info: "Ideal Locations: NYC, CHI, ATL and SF (Hub locations) Location This is role requires travel to client site and is preferred to be located in a Hub location: NYC, Chicago, Atlanta or San Francisco. If not at client site, 3-4 days in office with some flexibility." That's schedule/location info. Could be Schedule section. It mentions travel and office days. So include Schedule. About the role: include introductory paragraphs. We must not repeat job title as heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add heading for "Life Sciences Practice Leader". Good. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, disclaimer, legal, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all bullet points and details. We need to format as HTML fragment: use

    for section headings,
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

      for prose. Thus:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, disclaimer, etc. We removed those. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The "About The Job" paragraph about Capgemini Invent North America hiring a proven Life Sciences Industry leader etc. Did we include that? We included some of the introductory paragraphs but maybe missed some specifics: "As a VP and our NA Life Sciences (LS) Industry leader, you will be accountable for shaping and driving the LS industry agenda for Invent North America. We are looking for individuals with experience selling professional consulting services and building CXO relationships within the LS sector. You will be responsible for shaping and executing a forward-looking industry strategy, and positioning Capgemini Invent as a trusted advisor for LS organizations and clients across the North America market." This is substantive and should be included. It could go under About the role or Responsibilities. Since it's about the role, we can add to About the role paragraph. Let's incorporate that into About the role. Thus About the role section will have multiple paragraphs: first the generic Capgemini Invent blurb, then the specifics about the role. We must not repeat job title as heading, but we can include it in prose. Let's craft:

Now we have duplicated location info; we moved location to About the role. Then Schedule section could be removed or we could keep Schedule but avoid duplication. The instruction: Pre
