Work you'll do

  • Lead Market Access workstreams spanning pricing, reimbursement, payer strategy, value communication, and evidence generation.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Partner with client access strategy, medical, and commercial leaders to address market access priorities and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses, synthesized insights, and client-ready deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day client delivery, including working sessions, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive-level communications.
  • Support practice growth through pursuits, solution development, team coaching, and the use of analytics and artificial intelligence-enabled tools to improve delivery quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Market Access, pricing, reimbursement, or Life Sciences commercial strategy consulting.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Market Access and payer-facing client teams.
  • 4+ years of experience in the US Life Sciences ecosystem, including payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, access challenges, and evidence requirements.
  • 4+ years of experience serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other Life Sciences clients, including pursuit support, solution development, and engagement delivery.
  • 2+ years of experience evaluating healthcare value chain economics and stakeholder incentives by stakeholder group.
  • 1+ years of experience using artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day workflow.
  • Ability to travel 30%+, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
